Procure-to-Pay P2P Lead in Makati upto 190k
The P2P Lead oversees the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, and payments. The role drives process improvement, governance, ERP optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support operational efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead P2P strategy, governance, and compliance initiatives.
- Manage procurement planning, supplier performance, and cost optimization.
- Oversee invoice processing, three-way matching, payment execution, and issue resolution
- Drive ERP enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
- Lead and develop the P2P team while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant P2P/AP experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems, internal controls, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in petroleum, manufacturing, FMCG, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
