Located in the heart of Canggu, Bali, Santanera is a vibrant dining destination where Latin American flavors meet European influences and the finest local ingredients. Set across an impressive three-story venue, we create unforgettable dining experiences through exceptional food, innovative cocktails, and genuine hospitality.

We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Mixologist to join our growing team.

Qualification :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or hotel (fine dining experience is highly preferred).

• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, spirits, and beverage presentation.

• Proven understanding of daily operations, SOPs, hygiene standards, and guest service excellence.

• Creative mindset with a passion for crafting unique and memorable drinking experiences.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Professional, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high work ethics.

• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

• Currently domiciled in Bali is preferred.

• Available to join immediately.
