The role of Bartender and Mixologist at Lago Bali involves crafting and serving a wide range of beverages with attention to detail, creativity, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include preparing and mixing drinks according to established recipes, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both classic and contemporary cocktail menus, as well as the ability to innovate and personalize drink offerings based on guest preferences.

Candidates for this position must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background and between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in creating drink menus, operating as a bartender, and preparing beverages is essential. We welcome applicants who are passionate about mixology, have a keen eye for presentation, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. While formal qualifications are important, we also value a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for what they do.
