About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Travel company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Staff (Open for Fresh Graduate).

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Japanese sales staff in handling existing corporate clients.

• Respond to inquiries from Japanese customers and communicate with the head office in Japan.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service operations.

• Arrange business trips, company trips, and travel services for corporate clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide continuous support.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Necessary Skill / Experience

• JLPT N2 or above with strong verbal communication skills.

• English for internal communication.

• Customer service, sales support, or client-facing experience (new graduates are also welcome).

• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferable Skill / Experience

• JLPT N1 certification.

• Experience in the travel industry.
