Material Handler

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
• With experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Staff, or Production Helper is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
• Knowledgeable in proper handling, storage, and movement of materials.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Willing to work overtime, shifting schedules, and weekends when required.
• Can work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials and supplies.
• Prepare, sort, and issue materials based on production or warehouse requirements.
• Transport materials safely between warehouse and production areas.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Perform inventory checking, counting, and stock replenishment.
• Label, pack, and arrange materials according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow all company safety policies and proper material handling procedures.
• Report damaged, defective, or missing materials to the immediate supervisor.
• Assist in loading and unloading finished goods and deliveries.
• Support production and warehouse operations as assigned.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or immediate superior.
