We're looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Field Supervisors and Field Saturators. If you enjoy working in the field, interacting with people, and contributing to successful marketing and merchandising campaigns, we'd love to hear from you!
Field Supervisor
As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee merchandising activities across assigned retail stores, ensuring products are properly displayed, promotional materials are implemented according to company standards, and field personnel perform effectively to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support merchandising personnel within assigned areas.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met.
- Monitor product displays, stock availability, and promotional executions.
- Coach and guide field personnel to achieve operational goals.
- Prepare field reports and coordinate with internal teams regarding store concerns.
Field Saturator
As a Field Saturator, you will conduct house-to-house visits within assigned communities to promote products, services, or company programs. You will engage directly with potential customers, generate leads, distribute marketing materials, and help increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct house-to-house visits in assigned areas.
- Promote products, services, and company programs.
- Generate leads and gather customer information.
- Distribute marketing materials and explain product benefits.
- Submit daily accomplishment reports and meet field coverage targets.
Qualifications
- Senior High School graduate or College graduate.
- Experience in merchandising, retail operations, field marketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to conduct field work within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
