Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer compensation and benefits, leave management, and employee attendance.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules and regulations.
- Handle employee concerns and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE for statutory requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite.
