Position Title: HR and Admin Assistant
Department: HR and Admin
Immediate Head: President & CEO
Job Overview: The position is responsible in managing the day-to-day human resource and administration concerns of the company. For Human Resources: this includes recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, employee relations, training and development. Administration concerns includes permits and licenses processing, vendor accreditation and document control.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or business degree course.
· Adept with MS Office functions (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, etc.)
· Applicants with at least six months’ related experience and residents of Laguna, Muntinlupa and Cavite areas are preferred.
· Applicants with HR/ Admin experience from the construction industry is an advantage but not required
