Job Title: Key Account Specialist
Description
- Manage and develop key account relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present account performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve client issues effectively to maintain high levels of customer retention.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, health products, account management or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
