Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); HSK certification will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to learn about regulatory processes, licensing, and corporate compliance.
Job Description
- Assist in managing company licensing and compliance processes in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor and maintain company licensing documents and related administrative records.
- Support communication and coordination with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide Mandarin translation and communication support for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence related to Regulatory Affairs activities.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the company's business operations.
- Support the Regulatory Affairs team in licensing, compliance, and other regulatory-related projects and initiatives.
