Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
JLPT N2 certification is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Japanese Manufacturing Company
Previous experience as Japanese Interpreter, GA, HRGA, or related position is preferred
Experience working with Japanese expatriates/Japanese management is highly preferred
Good command of Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Japanese business culture and working etiquette
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
