Main Purpose of Job
Responsible to maintain product reliability in the market, encourage Dealers to perform after sales service process designated by company to meet customer satisfaction, evaluate Dealer compliance and performance, control claim efficiency and provide value from technical service whenever customer requires.
Responsibilities
Claim handling and after sales for new product including its warranty, premium service, and part improvement program (PIP)
Manage 20 local workshop in Java island (with dealer), including gathering monthly service report and monitoring local workshop development.
Handle and monitoring PDI reporting process from the 3rd party.
Support technical staff to claim handling in West Area
Support Service Care and Service Campaign activity
Competencies Required
In-depth of technical product knowledge (especially in heavy equipment electrical and mechanical aspect/technical drawing)
Integrity, transparency and professional attitude to reflecting professional company image
Strong communication and interpersonal skill both internal and external parties
Coaching and counseling to empower dealer strive for the quality, standard and integrity.
Teamwork and eager to learn and support others.
Creative, proactive, set priority action, result oriented and strong positive mindset.
Understand safety working environment.
Knowledge and Experience Required
University degree minimum diploma 3 in electronic/electrical engineering
Suitable to work and unit repair in outside environment
Comfortable to communication with various character of customer.
Initiative, fast-learner, and negotiation know-how.
Preferred if candidate have heavy equipment service experience (fresh graduated also welcomed with intern experience).
Intermediate to expert in English (Japanese language knowledge will be advantage)
Familiar with Ms. Office (Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook)
