Responsibilities:
Workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational effectiveness analysis.
Develop & refine KPI frameworks (BSC, OKR), PIP, and data-driven performance analytics.
Talent mapping, succession planning, budget allocation, and cross-functional leadership.
Forecast manpower needs and establish measurable HR impact indicators.
Leverage AI tools and modern HR tech to streamline OD processes and automate data analytics.
Communicate strategic insights to executive management to educate and influence decisions using supporting data.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (preferably Psychology or Management) with min. 8 years of managerial experience in OD & Talent Management.
Strong expertise in Performance Systems, Job Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Competency Matrix, Succession Planning, and HVA.
Strong analytical thinking, visionary leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in AI-driven tools/HR tech for data modeling and workflow optimization.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong data storytelling and executive presentation skills.
