HRBP Manager

Job Description

• Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support overall business performance.

• Conduct comprehensive HR analytics, including monthly manpower and HR cost analysis, to identify trends, optimize workforce planning, and improve cost efficiency.

• Lead employee and industrial relations matters by collaborating with the Legal team, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and managing communication with external stakeholders and third parties.

• Drive and oversee HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits implementation, organizational development, and policy formulation.

• Provide strategic HR guidance to managers on talent management, employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning.

• Support organizational change, HR projects, and other strategic initiatives to meet evolving business needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to HR Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, and HR cost analysis.

• Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.

• Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, budgeting, and cost management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
