Technical Lead

Job Descriptions :

• Lead and guide the cross-platform technical team (iOS, Android, Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps) in feature development.
• Define and maintain application architecture standards (mobile, backend, and web admin) according to the bank's requirements.
• Review technical designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure secure coding practices across all modules.
• Coordinate integration between components: mobile apps, backend APIs, core banking, and third-party systems.
• Ensure adherence to development, security, change management, release management, and deployment SOPs set by the bank.
• Oversee testing quality, defect handling, and release readiness (SIT/UAT/production).
• Prepare and validate technical design documents, API contracts, and architecture documentation.
• Act as the technical liaison between the vendor team and the bank's internal team on solutions and troubleshooting.
• Support effort/man-days estimation and ensure deliverable quality meets project timelines.

Requirements :

• Experience as a Technical Lead/Senior Engineer on mobile banking, fintech, or digital transaction projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Backend (Java Spring), Frontend (ReactJS), and database (PostgreSQL) stack.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, API integration, and application security practices (OWASP Mobile/API Security).
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and conducting code/design reviews.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and change management in banking environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal bank teams, business, and compliance/security.
• Able to work on a man-days basis with clear progress reporting and documentation.
