Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients to secure deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales support and training to new team members to maintain a high level of performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Technological Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce and CRM software.
