Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Associate (Business Development) focused on client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals. This is a client-facing role centered on identifying potential customers, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. This role involves proactive outreach, consultative selling, and managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Conduct client meetings (online or face-to-face) to understand needs and present solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales activities
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Comfortable with lead generation and proactive outreach
- Goal-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Professional and confident in client interactions
