Summary


We are seeking a driven Sales Associate (Business Development) focused on client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals. This is a client-facing role centered on identifying potential customers, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. This role involves proactive outreach, consultative selling, and managing the full sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels
  • Conduct client meetings (online or face-to-face) to understand needs and present solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales activities
