Work Description
Collaborate together with sales and principle team to support partner for giving solution to end user
As an ambassador solution of brand that been handle
Visit and educated partner about the brand solution, which the goal is so partner can also educate their user about the solution
Present and demonstrate solution to partner or end user
Create solution document that needed for project
Helping sales team to achieve their target
Maintain customer satisfaction
Updated for latest technology and eager to learn new technology
Responsible for Proof of Concept (PoC) requirement if needed
Support implementation team about solution that already been approve by partner or end user
Qualification:
S1 graduate from IT: Telecommunication Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineer or Information Systems.
Experience min 2 years in IT especially infrastructure system from famous brand such as: DELL, HPE, Hitachi, Lenovo, etc.
Good knowledge in various IT Technologies (server, network, operating systems, etc.)
Good communication, interpersonal skill
Has experience facing customer from middle to high level
Any IT certification will be an advantage
