Job Responsibilities
The primary contact between a company and its clients, responsible for both acquiring new business and managing existing relationships, build strong client rapport, understand their needs, present solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role combines sales strategy with relationship management and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive revenue and foster long-term business success.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of any bachelor's degree in a related field like business or marketing.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
· With pleasing personality.
· Have experience with account management, proficiency in MS Office
· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
· No issue with travelling
