*Assisted customers with account management, billing inquiries, service activations, plan upgrades, and contract-related concerns.
*Resolved customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
*Troubleshot basic mobile, internet, and network service issues, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate technical teams.
