Developer

We are looking for a Developer with hands-on experience developing and maintaining the Life Asia / Integral platform.

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• Life Asia / Integral Development Experience :  
  Hands-on experience developing and/or maintaining Life Asia / Integral — minimum 2 years as an active developer (not support only)
• Platform Technical Proficiency :
  Strong command of the platform's technical stack — including system architecture, product configuration, and customization/development on the Life Asia / Integral platform
• Programming Skills :
  Programming skills — proficient in the languages and technologies used by Life Asia (e.g., Java, SQL, PL/SQL, XML/scripting as applicable to the platform version)
• Database & Query :
  Database and query expertise — capable of writing and optimizing SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data migration needs
• Insurance Domain Understanding :
  Understanding of life insurance business processes — able to translate business requirements into platform configuration and code
• Integration Experience :
  System integration experience — has built or maintained integrations between Life Asia and external systems (core banking, payment gateway, customer portal, etc.) via API or web service
• Troubleshooting :
  Troubleshooting and bug resolution — able to diagnose and resolve production issues independently
• Technical Documentation :
  Technical documentation — able to produce technical specifications, change logs, and user/technical guides
