Full Stack Developer - Mid Level

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build an internal web-based business application.

This is an early-stage software project, so we need someone practical, resourceful, and capable of building a working system step by step.

Role Overview

The developer will help design, build, test, and improve the first working version of the application. The system will involve user access, records, workflows, dashboards, reports, and basic administrative functions.

Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web application development
• Experience building systems with login, users, roles, forms, records, reports, and dashboards
• Knowledge of frontend development using React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of backend development using Node.js, Laravel, .NET, Supabase, Firebase, or similar platforms
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar
• Familiar with user authentication, role-based access, permissions, and basic application security
• Can work with GitHub or similar version-control tools
• Can build clean, organized, and maintainable code
• Can understand business processes and convert them into working system workflows
• Can work with APIs, file uploads, filters, tables, reports, and admin panels
• Can explain technical matters in simple terms
• Willing to work closely with the business owner/product lead during development

Preferred but not required

• Experience with workflow systems, CRM, ERP, document management, project monitoring, task management, or reporting systems
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Experience with Supabase, Next.js, PostgreSQL, or similar stacks
• Basic knowledge of deployment, hosting, backups, and system documentation
• Good sense of user experience and practical interface design

Work Arrangement

• Full-time arrangement but Project-based or part-time may be discussed
• Hybrid or remote setup may be considered
• Must be available for regular coordination and progress updates
• Work will be done through company-owned GitHub and development accounts
• Code, documentation, and project files must be properly turned over and maintained

This is not just a website or landing-page project. We need someone who can help build an actual working business application with proper structure, access control, records, reports, and future scalability.
