What You Will Do (Role Responsibilities)
As a specialist on our premium telecommunications account, your day-to-day will involve providing top-tier support to subscribers. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Account & Billing Management: Assist customers with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, account activations, and payment processing.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through step-by-step solutions for connectivity issues, device configurations, network disruptions, and hardware setups.
- Product Advocacy: Educate subscribers on current promotions, data packages, and premium value-added services tailored to their specific lifestyle or business needs.
- Care & Retention: Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning challenging situations into positive experiences to retain loyal subscribers.
- Data Integrity: Accurately document all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the CRM database.

- Communication: Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to diagnose technical or account issues quickly.
Application Requirements
To be considered for the Premium Telco team, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age: 18 years old and above (legal working age).
- Residency: Must be currently living within Metro Manila.
- Education: Open to any of the following educational backgrounds:
- Senior High School (SHS) Graduates (New Curriculum).
- High School Graduates (Old Curriculum).
- College Undergraduates or College Fresh Graduates of any course.
- Experience: No experience required! Both fresh applicants and experienced BPO professionals are welcome to apply (the account alignment will depend on your educational attainment and background).
