? Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field (Master's Degree in IT Management or related field is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in software development projects
- Understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum/PSM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Bug Tracking
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, result-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Open for contract based and immediate joiner is a plus
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects submitted by the Sales Operations team, following Project Management (PMBOK) principles, including project scope, timeline, budgeting, and using Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Monitor project timelines, scope, budget, and delivery quality to ensure alignment with business objectives and value.
Ensure efficient utilization of project resources.
