Requierments:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management Information Systems.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a related field.

• Strong communication, organizational coordination, and negotiation skills.

• (Disarankan) Preferred to have a minimum TOEIC score of 650 or an equivalent English proficiency certification.

• Demonstrates core competencies including Building Trust, Integrity, Customer Focus, and Strive for Excellence.

• Strong administrative and documentation skills.

• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with users and third-party vendors.

• Good understanding of IT service management, IT asset and inventory management, and vendor administration.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of meeting work targets and deadlines in accordance with our client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities, including scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and reviewing the completeness and adequacy of PM reports and maintenance documentation.

• Process invoices related to the maintenance of stake holder systems performed by third-party vendors.

• Coordinate IT service requests from users and ensure timely follow-up.

• Plan and coordinate the refresh and replacement of end-user devices and workstations for users.

• Maintain and manage the inventory and lifecycle of company IT assets and equipment.

• Prepare, monitor, and follow up on the finalization of agreements and contracts between company and third-party vendors, including supporting the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports of work activities.

• Be available for Overtime on weekdays (Monday–Sundays)
