Retail Operations Associate

The Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and other retail-related concerns. This role ensures a positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting products and answering questions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.

Qualifications
