Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering, preferably in the power, photovoltaic (PV), or energy storage industry.
Strong understanding of energy solutions, including solar (PV), energy storage systems, or power infrastructure.
Proven track record in supporting sales activities, including solution presentation, proposal preparation, and customer engagement.
Established network and experience working with key players in the energy or power industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Must be fluent in English, or Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Fiberhome's network energy products and solutions in Indonesia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the photovoltaic and energy storage market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on large-scale projects and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and product training to customers and partners as needed.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to the growth of Fiberhome's network energy business in Indonesia.
