Project Development Officer for Permits & Regulatory in Makati upto 100k
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in permitting, regulatory affairs, or project development within the energy, renewable energy, power generation, transmission, or large-scale infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience securing government permits and coordinating with LGUs, national agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine permitting and regulatory processes.
- Experience working with host communities, government stakeholders, and third-party consultants.
- Familiarity with environmental permitting, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end permitting and regulatory compliance for infrastructure and energy projects.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and regulatory documents.
- Coordinate with government agencies, LGUs, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor permit timelines, identify regulatory risks, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain permit records and provide regular project status updates.
