Customer Service Representative for our Cruise Account and help customers plan memorable cruise vacations while delivering outstanding support every step of the way.
Whether you're assisting with bookings, answering travel inquiries, or resolving customer concerns, you'll play an important role in creating a seamless travel experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with cruise reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and itinerary inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about cruise packages, schedules, destinations, onboard amenities, and travel policies.
- Address customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Process customer requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Document customer interactions using company systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and support ongoing business goals.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not always required, depending on the hiring requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
