Responded to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering accurate information about cruise packages, onboard services, travel requirements, and company policies. Resolved customer concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring a positive guest experience. Coordinated with internal departments and cruise partners to manage reservations, special requests, and travel documentation. Processed refunds, credits, and reservation changes in accordance with company policies, maintained accurate customer records using reservation and CRM systems, and consistently met customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity standards.
