System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from clinicians, administrators, and management to support clinical workflows and client operations. 
• Translate healthcare and operational requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations aligned with enterprise architecture and interoperability standards
• Support implementation, enhancement, and integration of enterprise modules, ensuring seamless data exchange with internal and external health systems. 
• Lead or support system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and patient safety before go-live. 
• Act as liaison between client users, vendors, and technical teams, providing system support, training input, and optimization recommendations. 
• Work under mWell technical direction and comply with data privacy and security protocols. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of systems analysis experience; relevant certifications in systems analysis, health informatics, or project management are an advantage
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, validation, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessment. 
• Working knowledge of healthcare/HIS architecture, system integrations, and interoperability with third-party healthcare systems.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows (registration, billing, EMR, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology) and of healthcare regulations, data privacy, and compliance. 
• Ability to work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors; exposure to UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities is preferred. 
• Direct exposure to healthcare, health information systems, hospital operations, clinical systems, PhilHealth workflows, or enterprise IT implementation is considered a strong advantage
