Litecrete Corp. is looking for a results-driven Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and help drive business growth. If you're a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for financial excellence, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, company expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government agencies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to top management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
