Travel Support Representative

Position Details

• Position: Travel Customer Service Representative
• Account: International Travel (Voice)
• Work Setup: Permanent Onsite
• Location: Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
• Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries for an international travel account.
• Assist customers with reservations, booking concerns, account inquiries, and general travel-related support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
• No call center experience required (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 proficiency preferred).
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
• Must have or be willing to secure an NBI Clearance.
