Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall accounting operations of the company

• Oversee general accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations (BIR, SEC, etc.)

• Supervise and review work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting in coordination with management

• Analyze financial data and present reports and recommendations to support business decisions

• Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance requirements

• Ensure proper implementation and utilization of SAP Business One (if applicable)

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies

• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting systems and processes

• Support project costing, inventory accounting, and financial monitoring (especially for construction-related transactions)

• Handle high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy and deadlines

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• CPA Holder is Advantage but not Required (has Php 3,000.00 allowance)
• Must have at least five (5) years working experience as Accounting

Head/Manager.

• Knowledge in SAP Business One is an advantage.
• Background in construction industry is also an advantage.
• With good level of competence in MS Office Application.
• Good communication skills are essential, particularly in presenting the results of analyses to management.
• Able to manage high volume of workload.
• A person with good moral character and integrity.
• Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
