Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / management major from reputable university.
Have at least 1 year experience as Accounting / Finance by supporting the payment process on a daily basis, verifying documents related to payment.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficient in processing data using Accurate Accounting System & Ms. Excel (Formula & Function]
Understand the basics of Accounting Journals & Tax Regulation.
Self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities :
Operational Journal entries & posting into the Accounting System.
Reconciliation of accounts.
Handling daily AR/ AP transactions
Monitoring daily bank statements.
Monitoring and taking care of all necessary financial administration.
Monthly financial reporting.
