About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Marketing Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets

• Identify and approach potential customers, including manufacturers, fabricators, and construction firms

• Maintain relationships with existing clients

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and conduct contract negotiations

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) for order fulfillment

• Forecast sales and prepare sales performance, pipeline, and market development reports

• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings

• Other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• High Conversational Japanese proficiency JLPT N2 & High Conversational English proficiency

• 3 years of experience as Sales Marketing Staff from Japanese Trading

• Confident, proactive, analytical, and client-focused, Ability to perform under pressure
