Description
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
- Handle cashier responsibilities including processing payments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a waitering or service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Japanese and English, customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and work under pressure, knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
