Full Stack Programmer

We need people who, when they hear "it can't be done", then they FIGURE OUT how to do it anyway.

We are looking for candidates capable of developing front-end and back-end website architecture. Your primary responsibilities include application development, RESTful API creation, testing, maintenance, and performance optimization. You will also collaborate with the design team to ensure responsive and user-friendly applications, including for mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end web application architecture.
• Design, build, and document RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
• Ensure application responsiveness and cross-device compatibility, including mobile.
• Write clean, well-tested, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform routine application testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows.
  
  
  Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Laravel (v10+) and Express.js for back-end development.
• Proficient in React.js and Next.js for front-end development.
• Familiar with Tailwind CSS for responsive UI styling.
• Experienced with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Capable of designing, building, and documenting RESTful APIs.
• Experienced in application testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Familiar with Git version control (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket).
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to manage priorities within deadlines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of WebSocket, GraphQL, or microservices architecture.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
