Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving repeat purchases through data-driven strategies? We are looking for a CRM Manager who can develop and optimize customer engagement strategies to increase customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value. If you enjoy working with customer data, building automated campaigns, and creating meaningful customer journeys, this role might be perfect for you.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop CRM strategies to increase repeat order and customer lifetime value
• Manage and optimize customer database and segmentation
• Design customer journey for different segments (new, repeat, inactive, high value)
• Create and execute retention, win-back, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns
• Manage CRM communication channels (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, CRM tools)
• Build and optimize CRM automation flow (welcome series, abandoned cart, reorder reminder, etc.)
• Analyze CRM performance and provide insights for business growth
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Creative teams
• Maintain CRM SOP and ensure smooth operational processes
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Minimum 4 years experience in CRM or Customer Retention roles
• Experienced in leading a team
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle & CRM strategy
• Comfortable working with data, analytics, and campaign performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-growing company environment
