Production Support – Medium Level
Job Description
onbehalf our client in Insurance Industry, We are looking for a Production Support – Medium Level to support and maintain the stability of the SalesHub POS application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling production incidents, analyzing issues, supporting business requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
This role requires strong analytical skills, technical troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business users and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle, analyze, and resolve production incident tickets reported by business users.
- Support service requests including:
- Data inquiry
- Data extraction
- Reporting
- Validation
- Ad-hoc requests
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and support implementation of permanent fixes.
- Monitor daily application health check activities.
- Coordinate with business users and internal technical teams to ensure issues and requests are resolved properly.
- Provide regular progress updates to users until incidents or requests are completed.
- Support planned validation activities during weekend or night deployments when required.
