Position: Maintenance Technician

About The Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support production operations by ensuring all machines and equipment are running optimally, safely, and in accordance with GMP standards. This role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in the production area.

What You Will Do?

• Monitor, maintain, and repair production machines to ensure optimal performance

• Ensure all production equipment is always in ready-to-use condition

• Perform troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation)

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Implement continuous improvement and 5R in the work area

• Ensure machine safety before and after operations (GMP compliance)

• Coordinate with related teams for maintenance activities and project work

What You Will Need?

• Min. Diploma Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, with knowledge of PLC.

• Fresh graduates are welcome or minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems

• Able to analyze and repair production machines

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Site
