Join a leading company in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Customer Experience (CX) Industry and help customers when they need roadside assistance the most!
- Handle inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance.
- Coordinate with service providers to dispatch the appropriate roadside support.
- Provide timely updates and accurate information to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Document customer interactions and service requests accurately.
Qualifications:
- College Level or Undergraduate (College graduates are also welcome to apply.)
- At least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in roadside assistance, insurance, travel, or emergency support is an advantage.
