Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, chat, or email.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet connectivity, and account-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical concerns while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product usage.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on products, systems, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Technical Support or BPO experience is an advantage but not required for selected accounts.
- Amenable to work onsite, hybrid, or work-from-home depending on business needs.
