We are currently recruiting professional candidates for QC Electrical to join and work at High Volt Technology with the following qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Science/ Pure Physics/ Industrial Physics/ Air Conditioning/ Instrumentation or at least 3 (three) years of experience as a QA/ QC inspector in the electrical/ instrumentation field;
Had formal training in Quality Control and membership in a recognized professional institution are a plus;
Understanding of international codes and standards (QCS, NEC, IEC, IEEE, NFPA 70, etc.);
Discipline, thoroughness, tenacity, and the ability to work under pressure, as well as being accustomed to meeting deadlines;
Ability to work collaboratively;
Ability to prepare reports related to work activities;
Had adequate communication skills;
Willing to be placed and work outside the city.
Candidates will be assigned and responsible for the following:
Understand working drawings, technical specifications, procedures, and applicable quality standards;
Create an inspection schedule;
Create an installation testing schedule;
Conduct field inspections at every stage of the work, from fabrication to installation;
Conduct testing by checking incoming materials before use and ensuring all components to be installed are in accordance with the standard TSM defect list.
Make inspection reports and final installation results to ensure compliance with standards, including defect lists.
Control the production process at every stage to ensure efficiency and identify problems early, and ensure that non-conforming work is immediately corrected.
Conduct QC induction to ensure workers understand and can perform tasks according to established standards.
Prepare and collect work handover documents.
Report findings to the QC Manager, Project Manager (PM)/ SM, and coordinate with other relevant teams to ensure smooth work progress.
Be firm and able to make decisions for any work that does not meet specifications.
