Leader QC & QA

Job Descripton :

• Lead daily Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities.

• Ensure all production processes comply with the company's quality standards and specifications.

• Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection activities.

• Conduct investigations into product non-conformities and quality issues.

• Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate the root causes of quality problems.

• Monitor and evaluate Quality Key Performance Indicators (Quality KPI).

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective follow-up and continuous improvement actions.

• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to QC Inspectors to improve performance and quality awareness.

• Ensure the implementation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including ISO standards.

• Ensure equipment and measuring instruments are properly maintained, verified, and calibrated according to the established schedule.
  

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality inspection, and quality assurance processes.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work accurately under pressure.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
