Job Purpose:
To support our warehousing and distribution operations. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient flow of materials and accurate inventory management within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound transactions to maintain seamless material flow.
- Process incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and record transactions using Google Sheets and Syteline.
- Oversee picking and packing of outbound orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the issuance team to fulfill store issuance and support timely production deliveries.
- Assist in daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain organized records of warehouse transactions.
- Communicate with logistics teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- With valid NC II certification in Heavy Equipment Operation
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehousing or logistics role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Experience with Google Sheets and Syteline is preferred.
