Key Responsibilities (Tanggung Jawab Utama)
HSE Compliance: Ensure company operations comply with HSE regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Risk Assessment: Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.
Safety Inspection & Audit: Perform regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and monitor corrective actions.
Incident Management: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, then prepare reports and preventive action plans.
Emergency Response: Support emergency preparedness activities, including fire protection, evacuation drills, and emergency response programs.
Training & Awareness: Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training to promote a strong safety culture.
Environmental Management: Monitor waste management, environmental compliance, and pollution prevention activities.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain HSE records, permits, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and contractors to ensure safe work practices.
? Requirements & Qualifications (Kualifikasi)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, chemical, oleochemical, petrochemical, or other high-risk industries.
Experience in process safety and environmental management is preferred.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of HSE regulations and safety management systems.
Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety inspections.
Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), emergency response, and contractor safety.
Knowledge of hazardous chemicals, hazardous waste (B3), and environmental compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to safety.
Language
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Basic to intermediate English is preferred.
