We are a leading company in the Elevator & Escalator industry, specializing in installation, modernization, and maintenance services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our team as:
HSE STAFF
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations at project sites.
Ensure all employees comply with company safety policies and procedures.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, and prepare related reports.
Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
Assist in preparing HSE documentation, risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety reports.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure all work activities are carried out safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HSE Officer, Safetyman, or similar role (fresh graduates with relevant certifications are welcome to apply).
Possess a valid AK3 Umum Certificate (General Occupational Safety Expert) is a must.
Good understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work on office, project sites and travel as required.
