About the Role

We are seeking a Projects Supervisor who can lead a team and drive project execution for digital display and installation projects—from planning to on-site deployment. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and hands-on coordination to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead project teams for LED displays, DOOH, and digital installations
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability within the team
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to align requirements and timelines
• Review technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications prior to deployment
• Manage site activities, including scheduling, logistics, permits, and vendor coordination
• Ensure quality control and compliance during installation and turnover
• Identify risks and make on-the-ground decisions to resolve issues efficiently
• Provide structured updates, reports, and complete project documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, or related field
• At least 2–4 years experience in project coordination, site supervision, or technical deployment
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in LED displays, DOOH, or digital solutions
• Strong background in site management and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in project management tools, and technical documentation, (AutoCAD is a plus)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
