Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management
- Knowledgeable in kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and air-conditioning systems
- Experience in after-sales service, parts sales, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the Engineering Department
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all after-sales service activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Prepare parts sales forecasts and monitor inventory requirements
- Negotiate service agreements and contracts
- Review project costing and pricing to maximize profitability and secure bids
- Manage the department's credit and collection activities
- Recruit, lead, and develop the engineering team
- Coordinate with customers during equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance
- Provide updates to management on escalated service concerns and recommend appropriate actions
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and operational reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
